Starlab Space turns space science into advanced Earth Observation services. We develop an strategic portfolio of technologies based on earth observation algorithms, data integration and machine learning. Our goal is to provide high quality Earth Observation services to solve real end-user needs of final customers.
Starlab is looking for a motivated and commercially oriented product manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and support the development of some of our key earth observation & data-based technologies into commercially sustainable products.
The responsibilities of the successful candidate as a member of the Starlab Space team will include:
- Lead the development of data-based products and services
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Actively contribute to both the innovation and commercialization processes
- Monitoring of product development progress, quality, deadlines, and outputs.
- Solve problems, conflicts, issues.
- Ensure good practices in product management (meetings, documentation, scheduling, reporting, review, internal/external communication).
- Actively contribute to project proposal/tender preparation when required
Skills and experience
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Experience in Product/Project Management and/or Business Development
- Ability to communicate with different audiences
- Interest in the space sector, data analytic solutions and environmental problems.
- BSc or MSc in technical, preferred, or business discipline
- Proactive, highly-organised & dynamic
- Very hands-on approach, and able to hit the ground running
